Through our CSR initiatives, we support young people, contribute to healthier and greener surroundings, and back individuals with the ambition to go further. From skills and wellbeing to sustainability and sport, our efforts are rooted in purpose and driven by impact.
DIGI Vriddhi – Digital Inclusive Growth for India
Digital careers can open doors to a better future. But those doors aren't equally accessible to everyone. Launched in November 2023, DIGI Vriddhi is AGL's flagship CSR initiative that equips youth from economically weaker sections with industry-ready skills in SEO, Data Analytics, Content Strategy, UI/UX, Performance Marketing, and more.
Through hands-on training led by AGL-Hakuhodo experts and opportunities to apply what they learn, we help students build the skills and confidence required to work in the digital domain. With three batches completed and the fourth currently in progress, we continue our mission to create accessible pathways to digital careers for underserved communities.

Supporting Children, Building Brighter Futures
AGL extended its support to the Bhagwan Mahaveer Child Welfare Trust, contributing to its work towards the care and well-being of children in need. Through this initiative, we hope to help create a more supportive environment where children can grow, learn and build better futures.
We believe community responsibility starts with supporting those who need it most. This is one way we put that belief into action.
Giving a Neglected Space New Life
In May 2023, we took on a neglected green space and transformed it into a cleaner, greener and more welcoming community park. With HSIIDC's approval, we redesigned the area, added greenery and amenities, and continue to nurture the space.
What was done
Cleared and redesigned the area for better use
Installed a new water pipeline and a bird-friendly water body
Laid cemented walkways for accessibility
Planted 80+ trees, including fruit-bearing varieties like mango, guava, jamun and anjeer
Covered open space with Nilgiri grass and added seasonal plants throughout the year
Continued regular upkeep and maintenance by AGL, including watering, fertilisation, and pest control

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY
Waste Management & Recycling
We believe responsible choices start with what we do with the things we no longer need. Across 2024–25, AGL Hakuhodo teams partnered with IAmGurgaon's Samadhaan Hub to learn and practise the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, donating tons of paper, plastic, glass, and clothing for recycling.
Backing India's Next Olympic Talent
Talent needs opportunity, but sometimes it also needs support. Through Mission Olympics, we back promising athletes who face financial barriers, helping them pursue their sporting ambitions. Our journey began with race walker Ram Baboo, a national record holder who trained through acute financial hardship.
